Additionally, high-quality olive oil is pressed from the olive trees growing on the country estate. SUPER TUSCAN WINES Casali di Bibbiano - Casalone Casali di Bibbiano’s super Tuscan wine grape varieties include Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese. All grapes are grown and fermented on over 25 acres of fertile vineyards at Casali di Bibbiano. From the vine, the wines are masterfully blended and aged from 12 to 30 months in French oak barrels.
