Bernard and Sebastian assisted by a trustworthy employee bustle about working hard in their 10 hectares of vineyards in the highest respect for the environment. The harvest of three grape varietals in our vineyards is made on the hillsides of three villages in the Valley of Marne: Romeny-sur-Marne, Chezy-sur-Marne and Villiers-Saint-Denis. Our different vintages are made from three classic grapes varietals: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. Some of the recent vintages are aging in the oak barrels for a more pleasant tasting.
