They had some good wines, and the server was really nice but when we went back to pick up the wine we bought the owner was just unfriendly.

Dark Star Cellars was established in 1994, and is dedicated to producing small lots of premium, hand-crafted wines. We feel our success comes from a gentle treatment of local varietals from harvest to bottling. Our grapes are hand harvested and slowly fermented. We use only low pressure pneumatic pumps and nitrogen racking to smoothly move each wine from one step to the next, ultimately reaching its fullest potential.
