Domaine Rombeau
About Winery and Wines
A Family Legacy
Domaine de Rombeau is a historic family vineyard nestled in Rivesaltes, within the beautiful Roussillon region of France. For centuries, the estate has been under the stewardship of the de la Fabrègue family, who have worked diligently to maintain its unique identity. Spanning nearly 100 hectares, the vineyard proudly dedicates 30% of its land to organic farming, reflecting a commitment to sustainable practices.
Honoring Generations of Winemaking
Since 1850, the winemakers at Domaine de Rombeau have embraced innovative techniques to refine their wines. Today, Philippe Raspaud, a member of the de la Fabrègue family, leads the charge into the future. With his background in sales and fluency in multiple languages, he is instrumental in expanding the winery's presence in international markets. Alongside Élise, they are dedicated to preserving their family’s legacy by developing educational programs focused on wine tourism.
