When purchasing its vineyards, Duca di Salaparuta carefully selected the most suitable terrains for each grape variety. The choice of premium Terroirs, preferably on hillsides, exposed to breezes, on sunlit and healthy ground, has enabled each vineyard to grow its grapes in naturally suitable conditions, without imposing artificial manipulations. This philosophy allows Duca di Salaparuta to reduce human intervention on the vines to a minimum, applying a new concept of naturalness and sustainability.
