One of my favorite wineries in Paso...

One of my favorite wineries in Paso for the great wines and excellent staff. We visited with our extremely shy dog and a 5 month old baby, and both were welcomed so warmly outside the entrance (dogs can go into the tasting room). The barrel tasting comparing different types of oak was very fun. We enjoyed our visit very much and would recommend this winery especially to those wine tasting with their furbabies.

We recommend Ecluse to people visiting Paso...

We recommend Ecluse to people visiting Paso Robles Wine Country. It is the only winery that offers barrel tasting and insight into understanding the role and importance of selecting the right barrels. We tasted the distinct difference imparted by the French oak barrel versus the Hungarian oak barrel. Awesome education. Wonderful wine. We purchased 2 cases.

Very good wine, across the board!! Delicious to drink now but structured to last a reasonable time as well. Maddie was awesome and the wine thief was very generous with a barrel tasting. Have tasted at most all of the hot names in Paso, Ecluse was most enjoyable and relaxed.
