Since 2009, Fujishin Family Cellars Winery has strived to produce the finest wines from the Snake River Valley AVA of Southwest Idaho and Eastern Oregon. We believe that our commitment to creating wines of uncompromising quality shines through in every bottle. We focus on wines made solely from the Snake River Valley and we're passionate about the idea that our unique high desert climate can produce some of the finest wines in the world. The combination of warm days and cool nights blends to create a perfect balance of acidity, fruit, and regional character in our wines. We focus on distinctive varieties that are less common in the Snake River Valley and the West. Each and every bottle that leaves our cellar door is a unique expression of the terroir, climate, and character of our special corner of the west.
