I've been here two times and plan to go back as often as possible. I love the variety of wines and the location. Fillmore is a beautiful little town tucked away in the mountains but only a short drive from the beach. The lady that works there on the weekends is very helpful and adjusts the tastings to whatever you tell her you prefer. It's Friday and I'm at work wondering how I can fit a trip to Giessinger into this weekend.
