Some of the best whites from the island and even some nice reds. It's not a very touristy place but they are rebuilding and working on everything right now. We had an awesome tasting with an amazing young employee. As far as I remember his name is Kostas. He was very friendly and had a great knowledge about wine for the short period he is in this business. Definitely worth a visit!

These guys focus on their wine, not tourist buses, so no fancy tasting area, instead it's in the storage area! But wow, they were so friendly and very happy to share their passion. Amazing wine!

I think this is the best winery i have ever visited. The underground winery is still under construction but still an amazing experience. Congrats to Haridimos and his great team!

Discovered this little winery after drinking a lovely bottle of 15 month oak barrelled red. Would much rather have visited here instead of the Argyros estate. Wished we had more time to visit the new venue near Pyrgos.
Considering ordering a case or two when I get home.

Probably the best winemaker in Santorini. Very friendly this guy is working his wine naturaly and looking for perfection... And he's not that far from it! Taste the Assyrtiko de Milos, one of the best white wine in the world.

About Winery and Wines

Winery and vineyards are located within the classified zone of Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Santorini, especially in the villages Pyrgos Kallistis, Megalochori, Emporio and Akrotiri. We cultivate a total of 10 hectares of vineyards, at an altitude from 70 up to 350 meters, with mainly South or Southeast orientation and with the white varieties of Assyrtiko, Aidani and the red variety Mavrotragano. In all of our vineyards we apply organic farming. We make up our production from grapes of cooperating winegrowers in order to produce more dry white wines, a red dry, a sweet traditional Vinsanto wine, from sun dried white grapes and a sweet red Voudomato wine from also sundried red grapes of the Voudomato variety. Based on the contractual agriculture, we have already concluded agreements with growers who also cultivate their vineyards organically and are controlled accordance with the European control system of organic farming. We produce two organic wines from the varieties Aidani (100% Aidani – PGI Cyclades) and Assyrtiko (100% Assyrtiko – PDO Santorini).
