In 2000, re-establishing a centuries old tradition, the Morandi family restored the old vineyards and planted new Doc vine varieties on their hills, which are excellent for grape cultivation. Their Cellar is situated on the Zola Predosa hill and offers customers the opportunity to overlook the vineyards, the beautiful landscape of Bologna and its neighbourhood. The winery covers 12 hectares. The passion of the Morandi family, professional staff, modern technology, the agronomist and the oenologist, are the necessary elements for the production of an excellent wine.
