Masseria Frattasi is a winemaking company founded in 1779 in Montesarchio; it has been growing grapes for generations, currently the company has 40 heetares of vineyards and 10 heetares of olive groves, as well as woods and land located almost entirely in Anacapri, and has some of the oldest vineyards in Campania: our coltivation methids are environmentally friendly
Aglianico Kapnios: grapes selected six times between vineyard and drying a special product, the aglianico cones are hung to dry until January, then pressed, the fermentations are very long, until April, then new barriques, 18/24 months in wood.
