About the Winery
The winery is a small winery on Paros Island (in the middle of Cycladic islands in Greece) owned by a French couple who fell in love with Paros and with the wild and radiant terroir of Paros.
About the Wines
All our wines are vinified with indigenous yeasts and aged on lees; they are unfined and unfiltered. The estate's philosophy is to produce wines that are as close as possible to the terroir of Paros without inputs apart from the use of sulfur in a minimum dose. We produce dry white, dry red, dry rosé, and a natural sparkling wine (Pet' Nat' - Pétillant Naturel).
