Noventa Botticino Winery is nestled in the scenic hills of Botticino, a region renowned for its rich, mineral-laden soils and Mediterranean microclimate. The family-run estate, currently managed by Pierangelo Noventa and his daughters, has been cultivating grapes on these steep slopes for generations. The vineyards are planted on marl-rich soils, where limestone and clay contribute to the unique structure and elegance of the wines. Due to the steep terrain, vineyard work remains manual, a practice the family takes pride in, ensuring careful attention to every vine.

The winery practices organic viticulture, a natural choice driven by the area's favorable climate and strong winemaking traditions. The microclimate, marked by warm temperatures and significant daily temperature variations, enhances grape ripening and keeps the vines dry, reducing the risk of fungal diseases. This climate also supports the cultivation of olive and citrus trees, further enhancing the Mediterranean feel of the region.

The Noventa family, with their deep-rooted passion for winemaking, has upheld a tradition of quality, respect for the land, and a patient approach to winemaking. They are dedicated to creating wines that express the unique terroir of Botticino, blending modern winemaking techniques with time-honored traditions passed down through generations.

Situated on the limestone-rich hills of Botticino, Noventa Winery thrives at around 380 meters above sea level, with its vineyards surrounded by the iconic Botticino Classico marble caves. The vineyard produces Botticino DOC, a blend of Italian grape varieties including Barbera, Sangiovese, Marzemino, and Schiava Gentile. The region's rich geological history, especially the calcium carbonate content, contributes to the elegance of the wines. Noventa's vineyards span three hills, each with distinct characteristics, and the winery produces three “crus” reflecting the diversity of these terrains.
