Salento – the “heel” of Italy, in the southern region of Apulia – has some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world. It makes the perfect natural setting for our 30 hectares of vineyards. In Salento, you’re never from the sea. The region’s fertile soil, sea breezes and warm sunny climate have created the ideal conditions for our vines and native grape varieties to flourish.
