About Winery and Wines

Tenuta San Leone stretches over 40 hectares of vineyard that, from the banks of the Mincio River in the Salionze locality, extends into the moraine hills of Custoza, in the province of Verona. The grapes are all vinified on the estate and the wines are offered for sale directly to the consumer. San Leone is not only wine, but over the years it has also been synonymous with food and wine production (rice, beer, extra virgin olive oil, honey) as well as a varied hospitality offer; sleep, eat and relax at Tenuta San Leone!

Garganega, Rondinella, and Molinara: are some of the typical grapes of the area that give rise to its DOC wines, such as Bardolino and Custoza, which are the flagships of Tenuta San Leone. The estate also produces small quantities of international grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet, Chardonnay, and Pinot. You will be able to buy the wines, both bulk and bottled, as well as all the other products of Tenuta San Leone at the store adjacent to the winery.
