Here is what's in store for you
Discover the wines of the Northern Rhône Valley, birthplace of prestigious appellations such as Crozes-Hermitage and Saint-Joseph.
The “Soif d’Apprendre” experience is a 2-hour introduction that combines tasting, learning and sensory pleasure, designed for anyone wishing to understand wine in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Your visit begins in the heart of the vineyards, where you’ll explore the richness of the terroirs and landscapes that shape these exceptional wines. I will then share, in a clear and engaging way, the key steps of winemaking and ageing, helping you appreciate the work of the winemakers and the personality of each cuvée.
The experience continues with a guided tasting of 5 carefully selected wines, followed by a wine and food pairing workshop. Local specialties such as aged cheeses, artisanal charcuterie or regional sweets will accompany each glass, enhancing every flavor. A gourmet, educational and authentic experience that celebrates the best of the Rhône.
A moment of sharing and discovery, close to the land and its people — perfect for beginners and enthusiasts alike, in a warm and welcoming setting.
