Great spot for a nice afternoon. We have an infant and the green space in front was perfect to lay a blanket out for her while we had a glass of wine on this beautiful property. Set up looks like a small vineyard in Napa, wines are good, not great. Food truck on site is also good! A spot we frequent in the north end of the cape!

We visited last week and had a wonderful time. The grounds are beautiful and have the scenic and historic Cape Cod charm you appreciate growing up there. The tour was informative but not over the top for a casual wine drinker. The tasting was a great experience and the food truck had a variety of options. I am normally a red wine drinker but I highly recommend the Cape Rose and the Vignoles. Delish!

On our 3 week long honeymoon touring vineyards, wineries, and breweries this was our absolute FAVORITE experience. We did both complimentary tours of vinyard and the new distillery our tour guide was super nice, super knowledgable and left us well informed. We did the tasting which was super reasonable price as ten dollars for five choices, if you have a partner who you dont mind sharing a glass with you can each get 5 and taste all ten. Their wines were good and everybody their made our experience really nice.

Great spot to relax with a glass of good wine.

The tours are fun and informative and the wine us very good. You can now taste spirits as well.

The wine prices are what you would expect from a local vineyard but the spirit prices are VERY high.

About Winery and Wines

Truro Vineyards was founded in 1992, and its main house and estate date back nearly two centuries. Built in 1813, the vineyard’s Federal house—now home to our offices and gift shop—was first owned by John and Hannah Hughes, and later occupied by their granddaughter Amelia and her husband Michael Rich. The Riches cultivated the estate into a prosperous farm selling grain, milk, and coal. In 1930 artist Edward Hopper painted Rich’s House and returned a year later to paint Rich’s Barn. During the 1940’s Elton and Margaret Rich produced magnificent cantaloupes grown in the estate’s warm, well drained sandy soil. Later, this same soil and site would prove to be a perfect spot for growing grapes. A working farm for over 200 years, the Truro Vineyards estate is rich in history and vision.
