Nice higher end winery experience. Great for special occasions but call ahead for groups 8 or more. Enjoyed the whites especially. Reds were a bit young- think they will improve in the next 2 years.

Great wines at a very reasonable price. I especially liked the Cab Sauv and Merlot. The woman pouring wine was a delight, though I failed to catch her name.

I stay here every thanksgiving with my family. They cater breakfast to your needs, baking separate vegetarian and gluten free soufles for my difficult family (half celiac half vegetarian). Their rooms are large, airy, and clean, looking out onto vineyards. Each room has moderately priced wine stocked, so you can open a bottle with a friend and sip it looking over the vineyard.

The driveway can be a little difficult to spot, so you're better off looking for the vineyard itself. Also, this hidden gem has just begun to be widely known, so book early!

About Winery and Wines

Nestled between the gateways of the Colorado National Monument is our family operated winery. Although Two Rivers Winery and the Chateau are relatively new, they are both becoming Grand Junction’s Newest Tradition. The entire project was built literally from the ground up on 15 acres of vacant land in 1999. Located in the Redlands area of Grand Junction, we offer wines of the noble varieties, which can be tasted and purchased in the intimate setting of our tasting room. Come enjoy an enlightening tour of the facility or pause to take in the unimaginable views. You are invited to sample our award winning wines and to discover a truly unique and unpretentious tasting experience. The owners, Bob and Billie Witham, natives to the Western Slope of Colorado, are often available to say hello and welcome you. The Winemaker is usually on hand as well, and invites any inquiries regarding the winemaking process.

Our varieties of wines are few in number, but they are superb; at least that is what our customers tell us. We currently produce 14,000 cases of wine a year. Our winemaker is very focused on producing only the best wines. By just producing six varieties we are able to give more attention to details, thus achieving consistency and predictability with each release.
