Small winery took Kamil Piálek after his grandfather Cyril . 2004 was the first year when his hobby was set in motion and commercial direction. Since then gradually filled his vision of building a small boutique wineries with exclusive productions. Production is gradually increased from the original 3000 to 10 000 bottles. Wines are processed by technologies which are mixed by experiences taken from his grandfather with a new look by friend from childhood studies Jarda Jäger. From the year 2011 officially joined forces Ing. Kamil Piálek and Jaroslav Jäger in the new company Winery Piálek & Jäger. Jaroslav says: "With viticulture I started as a teenager ". His first own partially fermented wine "must" and wine were produced when he was fifteen at parents cellar in 1998. Than production expanded. The newly established winery now owns four sandstone cellars. The oldest one (300 years old) is modernly equipped and used for making wine. Cellar in Dobsice is used for degustations, but the company plans to reconstruct larger cellar in New Šaldorf (planned renovation in 2012-13). In 2011 a new winery was transferred to capacity of around 40,000 bottles/year from grapes of proven suppliers.
