About Winery and Wines
Vinyes d’Olivardots is a small family winery with a unique personality that seeks balance and elegance in the production of its wines within the Denomination of Origin Empordà.
A project where Carme and Carlota, mother and daughter, oenologists and vinegrowers, produce unique wines through the recovery of autocthonous varieties and the diversity of their terroirs.
The production of our wines is a reflection of the personality and rigor of Carme and Carlota, taking care of every detail in their process to achieve quality wines that show the authentic character of the Empordà landscapes.
We are looking for a combination of artisanal techniques such as vinification with clay amphorae or oak barrels, and other more innovative and experimental ones such as the granit egg.
