Here is what's in store for you

Discover the different shades and nuances of the Langhe terroir with this wine tasting experience at Aldo Marenco Winery in Dogliani.

Upon arrival, you will be guided on a tour of the winery to discover the characteristics of the Langhe area and the production philosophy of Aldo Marenco.

After the tour, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a tasting of 4 wines of your choice from the winery's selection, accompanied by fragrant local breadsticks. You can also choose to elevate your tasting experience by pairing the wines with a delicious platter of local products, available in two options:

Classic pairing: selection of typical Langhe delicacies like salami, lard, local murazzano and raschera cheese, cugnà (grape must jam), and bread.
Vegan pairing: selection of seasonal crudités and giardiniera (typical picked vegetable vegetables) with olive oil and bread.

Fantastica degustazione da Aldo Marenco

dal momento in cui siamo stati accolti nella cantina del sig. Marengo abbiamo percepito un clima intimo e famigliare.
Con tutta calma abbiamo avuto la possibilità di scegliere i vini che avremmo degustato e, dopo la selezione, abbiamo potuto vedere la cantina e capire un po’ di più di come viene prodotto il vino nella tenuta.
Il sig. Marenco è stato estremamente chiaro nella sua spiegazione e ha risposto ad ogni nostra curiosità.
Dopo la visita della piccola cantina ci siamo seduti al tavolo - già preparato - per la degustazione.
Il cibo era ottimo, delizioso e rigorosamente locale.
Veramente degna di nota la giardiniera fatta in casa e i formaggi.
Non potevamo chiedere di meglio!

L'esperienza è stata stupenda: il proprietario ci ha mostrato la piccola cantina di famiglia, spiegandoci come funziona la loro azienda agricola a conduzione familiare.
I vini e gli assaggi erano buonissimi, anche le opzioni vegetariane. L'ambiente era intimo e accogliente, l'attenzione data al cliente è stata massima, non c'è stato niente fuori posto. Consigliatissimo se desiderate qualcosa di "easy" e tranquillo con dei vini biologici buonissimi!
