The Novaia winery welcomes you for an exclusive visit, a suggestive itinerary that will tell the story of Valpolicella, of the Vaona Family, of Novaia itself, and its wines.
This tour of the Novaia winery, located in the Marano Valley, begins with a walk through the estate, among vineyards, olive groves, and spontaneous woods, during which you will learn about biodiversity and pass by the ancient stone-carved water source dating back to the 1700s.
During the tour, you will be introduced to the territory, the principles of organic cultivation, the indigenous vines, and the delicate selection, harvest, and processing of the grapes in Valpolicella.
After the walk in the woods, you'll visit the ancient Corte Vaona, with its historic cellar and ancient stone-carved bottaia, used for the aging of the wines.
Finally, you will have the opportunity to taste the organic classic Valpolicella DOC and DOCG wines produced by Novaia: Valpolicella, Ripasso, Superiore, Amarone, and Recioto. The wines will be accompanied by local products, such as cheese and cold cuts, carefully selected by the winery, as well as a tasting of Novaia's Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
