Tradizione, Scoperta e Innovazione
In queste tre parole concentriamo l’essenza. Crediamo nella tradizione da quattro generazioni con due secoli di storia vitivinicola alle spalle, ma nella nostra nuova sede vogliamo valorizzare la “scoperta” nelle sue molteplici sfaccettature: dall’accoglienza alle tecniche enologiche. La presenza di un team giovanile e all’avanguardia, che si avvale del supporto di consulenti affermati, di un enologo d’eccezione, e da sempre di amanti della propria terra, ha dato origine ad un giusto connubio, inglobando “l’innovazione” nel suo significato più elevato.
Tradition, Discovery and Innovation
In these three words we concentrate the essence. We have believed in tradition for four generations with two centuries of winegrowing history behind us, but in our new location we want to emphasise 'discovery' in its many facets: from hospitality to oenological techniques. The presence of a young, avant-garde team, with the support of established consultants, an exceptional oenologist, and lifelong lovers of their land, has created the right combination, incorporating 'innovation' in its highest meaning.
Our Wines:
1. Giovane Ribelle Brut: 100% Nebbiolo. Champagne Method. Ageing on the lees 24/36 months.
2. Langhe Chardonnay D.O.C.: Municipality Bussia. Steel tanks and one year in bottle. Fruity and floral aromas.
3. Roero Arneis D.O.C.G. Municipality: Monticello d'Alba. Steel tanks. White flowers and chamomille aromas.
4. SIRI Rosè.100% Nebbiolo. 2 days only for maceration in contact with the skin. Rose petals and violet aromas.
5. Dolcetto d'Alba D.O.C.: Municipality: Monforte d'Alba.Rich and intense smell of violet, cherry, wild strawberries.
6. Nocciolino. Municipality: Monforte d'Alba. 90% Nebbiolo, 10% Dolcetto and Barbera. 12 months in steel tanks.
7.Barbera d'Alba D.O.C. Municipality: Monforte d'Alba. 10 months in French oak barrels. Maceration for 15 days. Hints of blackberry, strawberries, black pepper and liquorice.
8. Nebbiolo d'Alba D.O.C:Municipality: Monforte d'Alba. Ageing: 2 years between oak barrels, stainless vats and bottle. Hints of red berries, dried rose petals. tannins are soft and persistents.
9. Barolo D.O.C.G. Vineyards: Bussia Mga.3 years in Slavonian oak barrels,2 years in steel tanks, 1 year in bottle. Elegant and balanced full-bodied wine. Potential ageing more than 20 years.
10. Barolo Bussia D.O.C.G. Vineyards: Bussia Mga. Grapes are selected in a single vineyards..4 years in Slavonian oak barrels,2 years in steel tanks, 1 year in bottle. Elegant and balanced full-bodied wine. Potential ageing more than 25 years.
