Here is what's in store for you
The Native Wines tasting allows you to discover Sicily's immense grape varietal heritage at the Baglio Sorìa Resort.
Sicily is one of the viticultural regions that best represents the vine civilization in the Mediterranean. From this treasure chest of immense value, Firriato has drawn its very raison d'être, engaging in a constant work of enhancement, producing wines that enhance the organoleptic characteristics of each variety used. Nero d'Avola, Nerello Mascalese, and Perricone are among the red grapes; Grillo, Catarratto, and Zibibbo among the white grapes. Of particular interest is the work that Firriato has been doing for ten years on Perricone with Ribeca, one of the company's most important labels.
The tasting proposal includes the tasting of four wines, including a Passito wine.
