Tasting of Romagna wines at Ravenna's Covered Market

This wine tasting experience takes place in the heart of Ravenna, inside the Covered Market, and is perfect for those who want to discover more about the fine wines of Romagna.

The wine of Romagna speaks the language of a lush land that runs between the sea and the Apennines, rippling into hillocks and hills designed by the geometries of orchards and vineyards alternating with farmhouses, villages, towers, and fortresses. At Ravenna's Covered Market, you have the opportunity to enjoy a tasting of wine produced using Romagna's most famous grapes, Romagna Albana and Sangiovese di Romagna, accompanied by samples of Salumi and Cheeses from the territory.

The tasting includes:
- A glass of Romagna Albana DOCG "Cleonice" - Fiorentini Vini paired with Crostino di lardo di Mora Romagnola (crispy bread with cured lard) and "Bucciatello" (caciotta cheese) from Brisighella, accompanied by Pane Sciocco bread type "0" without salt;
- A glass of Romagna Sangiovese Superiore DOC "Marnoso" Villa Orro Lune paired with Finger of Salsiccia Passita "Morabrada" and "Stanco" raw milk cheese from Brisighella (with only Emiliano Romagnolo milk) accompanied by traditional Piadina from Romagna.

The wine experience also includes a guided tour of the Covered Market by the staff, discovering the history, architecture, furnishings, and the local food and wine culture.
