La Biòca is a small winery located in the Langhe area.
Their cellar is located in the Fontanafredda area of Serralunga d'Alba, where they take care of the production, refinement, and sale of their wine, and also where their farmhouse is located. La Biòca produces wines from the Langhe tradition, such as Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Arneis, and Moscato; their selections include wines from rare native or from old Piedmont vineyards. With this activity, we'll be able to choose between 3 options:
Classic wine tasting: tasting of 4 traditional wines from the area
Selection wine tasting: tasting of 4 selected wines from the area
Premium wine tasting: tasting of 6 labels, (3 traditional labels + 3 labels of your choice, of which one Barbaresco and one Barolo)
