Snack and Olive Oil Tasting in the Olive Grove at Tabatà

Discover the wonderful world of olive oil in its natural habitat thanks to this olive oil tasting experience at Tabatà.

This afternoon snack experience is marked by three main moments. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the entire family with a brief introduction to the farm and the production of quality EVO oil.

From here the snack begins: you'll enjoy dishes prepared in-house with products from the small family garden. All products are organic and suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets. The menu consists of three savory and three sweet dishes. Refreshing cold drinks prepared in-house will also be available. You will enjoy:
- 3 types of homemade bread paired with different types of olive oil;
- tomato gazpacho with fresh basil and "pitta" (typical bread);
- eggplant and zucchini caponata with fresella.

The three sweet courses are:
- chocolate and oil muffins;
- peach, almond, and poppy seed mousse served with oil shortbread cookies;
- lemon cake, of course with olive oil.

Between the sweet and the savory snacks, you will be able to take a walk in the olive grove and, in the afternoon, enjoy a wonderful sunset among the hills.
At the end of the experience, you will also receive a small gift: a sample of Tabatà's selection of Ida oil or a bar of soap made from Tabatà oil.
