We had a small inconvenience upon arrival, brilliantly resolved in a very short time. Salvatore was a serious and competent host, but also very friendly and helpful. The visit to the vineyards was excellent, with a detailed explanation of the vines and grape production. The visit to the cellar, with Salvatore's great technical expertise and with typical local products, was truly remarkable, as was the proposed wine tasting. Thank you for the afternoon spent (we also extended the scheduled time) and it was certainly the beginning of an acquaintance that will surely become something more in the future.

We spent more than two hours with Salvatore and his bilingual niece. They explained the different processes to us. We also visited their vineyard. They explained to us that it wasn't easy to be organic and that Mother Nature doesn't always cooperate...
