Ólbios Wine Tasting with Sardinian Products in Gallura

Your experience at Tenute Ólbios begins on the estate's terrace or in the tasting room, both offering sweeping views across the vineyards of Gallura. Here, the estate's expert sommelier will guide you through a tasting of three of the estate's representative wines.
You will start with Lupus in Fabula, a Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG, followed by Cavè, a Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Rosato, and finishing with Cangrande.17, a Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Rosso. Each wine is paired with a platter of local products, including artisan cheeses like pecorino, cured meats such as prosciutto and salami, seasonal fruit, honey or preserves, and traditional Sardinian bread.
A non-alcoholic option with the same food selection and water is available for children, teenagers, or any adults who prefer not to drink wine.
