Dive into the world of Balsamic Vinegar and explore other local flavors with this tasting experience taking place in an old trattoria outside the tourist center of Bologna.
We will combine local delicacies with the typical vinegar produced in this region and famous across the world to better understand the complexity of this product and how it can be used to elevate your cuisine. Together we will learn the difference between the IGP and DOP balsamic recipes, and taste both types accompanied by other local delicacies, mortadella and crescente bolognese, and a glass of local wine. To end the experience on a sweet note, you will also try a surprising yet perfect match: gelato topped with balsamic vinegar.
