Here is what's in store for you
At Tenuta Tenaglia, Barbera is more than just a grape — it’s a story of passion, tradition, and diversity. This immersive tasting allows you to explore Barbera in its many styles, from vibrant and refreshing to structured and complex.
Your journey includes four glasses, carefully selected to showcase the breadth of Barbera’s character:
1. Monferrato Chiaretto DOC “Edenrose” – a fresh, elegant rosé made from Barbera grapes.
2. Your choice of:
Barbera del Monferrato DOC “Cappella III” (stainless steel), or
Barbera d’Asti DOCG “Bricco” (stainless steel).
3. Barbera d’Asti DOC “Giorgio Tenaglia” – medium aging, offering balance and depth.
4. Your choice of:
Barbera del Monferrato Superiore DOCG “1930 Una Buona Annata” (aged in new oak barrels), or
Barbera d’Asti DOCG Superiore “Emozioni” (aged in new oak barrels).
Served with a basket of artisanal breadsticks, this guided tasting highlights the versatility and elegance of Barbera, one of Piedmont’s most beloved grapes.
