This special wine experience offers a journey through the estate's best red, white, and rosé wines. Château de Paraza's selection ranges from fresh and fruity classics to the delightful "Les Bulles de Paraza" Crémant and the delectable Palma white and rosé wines. For a unique twist, you will also be able to savor the estate's "X" and "MMV" wines, crafted from grapes sourced from old vines, and discover the distinct impact of American and French oak barrels on the aging process.

To complement the wine tasting, you will be offered cheese and charcuterie carefully crafted by a local artisan from the South of France. These selections may vary with the season and the artisan's preferences, ensuring that each visit delivers a unique and ever-evolving experience. Throughout the visit, the estate's knowledgeable guides will be with you to share insights about the grape varieties, aromatic profiles of the wines, the estate's terroir, and suitable food pairings for each wine.
