What mysterious energy induces them to rise so rapidly in the flute, ready to summon our palate? 

On this tasting path, dedicated to sparkling wine lovers, between the art of uncorking and the observation of fine and persistent perlage, you'll learn about the secrets of "refermentation” and to distinguish between sparkling wines produced with the Classic Method and the Charmat Method. The final tasting, paired with balanced gastronomic treats, will celebrate their unique feature, that voluptuous freshness which caresses the palate and renders every occasion special.

With this tour you will have the chance to have a comparisons between the classic method and the charmat method focusing on Prosecco and Sparkling Wine; followed by a tasting of 5 wines accompanied by selected traditional fare.

We would suggest this tasting for those who know the wine tasting basics and want to delve further into the world of bubbles, to uncork some expert knowledge. Struttura veramente bella, siamo stati molto bene ed é stato molto piacevole vedere la passione del titolare per il mondo del vino. Ideale sia per chi non se ne intende e vuole scoprire le differenze tra prosecchi e metodo classico, sia per chi già conosce e vuole fare una degustazione di qualità. Ci sono stati fatti degustare anche due calici di rosso sempre di loro produzione, ottimi vini.

Se capiteremo di nuovo da queste parti torneremo sicuramente.

Esperienza meravigliosa, location molto originale, ma soprattuto la degustazione è qualcosa che ancora non avevo visto in giro. Inizialmente ci hanno fatto assaggiare tutti i composti chimici del vino, dai sali minerali, al glucosio. E poi la degustazione di 7 vini spettacolari, dallo spumante iniziale fino a quello più dolce finale. Esperienza unica! Ci tornerò molto volentieri

Questa esperienza era un regalo di compleanno per mia madre, che ha apprezzato tantissimo. Location eccezionale, e vini di altissima qualità. Inoltre, è stato molto interessante assaporare prima i singoli ingredienti, e poi individuarli durante l'assaggio. Consigliatissima.

Piacevole Degustazione

Abbiamo avuto una piacevole degustazione presso 47 Anno Domini, nella quale la gentile Daniela ci ha presentato e fatto assaporare alcuni dei vini più significativi della cantina, preceduti da una simpatica gara di sensazioni olfattive.
Esperienza veramente interessante!
Potenziare il supporto del personale in quanto più volte Daniela ha interrotto la degustazione per servire i clienti che entravano o per effettuare altre operazioni

Abbiamo bevuto squisitamente, e mangiato altrettanto bene. La "lezione" che accompagna la degustazione è stata accattivante e coinvolgente, sicuramente non noiosa. Ho apprezzato anche che ci dessero il tempo di gustare i vini in tranquillità, senza affannarci e senza metterci pressioni. Igor, il titolare del locale, era simpaticissimo: l'abbiamo invitato a sedersi con noi e a farci compagnia (oltre che a spiegarci e illuminarci sui dettagli e i particolari della degustazione) perchè lui da solo valeva il prezzo del biglietto.
Consigliatissimo.

Una esperienza davvero incredibile. Da non grandissimi esperti di vino, ma da buoni apprezzatori, possiamo dire che questa esperienza, oltre ad essere stata divertentissima, è stata davvero molto istruttiva! Per di più devo dire che abbiamo assaggiato vini di qualità eccelsa, accompagnati anche da qualche piacevole affettato.

Una esperienza che consiglio a tutti, sia a chi sa riconoscere i sapori e le tipologie di vino, che (e soprattutto) a chi è un neofita.
