At Il Sosso Winery, guests are welcomed to explore the deep-rooted values of dedication and winemaking tradition that have defined the estate for decades. This experience offers insight into the history and aromas of the region, with a guided visit through key areas of production.
The tour includes a visit to the vinification cellar, where the transformation of grapes into wine begins and the historic aging cellar, located in a traditional Leopoldine farmhouse, where wines mature to perfection. The journey continues with a tasting of four wines, carefully selected to reflect the identity of Il Sosso Winery, complemented by bruschetta drizzled with estate-produced extra virgin olive oil (EVO): Bianco “Sbizzìo”, Rosato “Marì”, Chianti “Il Sosso”, and Chianti Riserva “Ricordo”.
