Nice Wine & Cooking Class
Host Jason explained everything very well, the "cooking class" is more a fun way to try things, not that much cooking itself, but we got the recipes for the dishes right away and enjoyed really good (and mostly vegetarian) food.
It would be great if there were also some kind of transport options (there might be if you book via a hotel, I guess?). There is no public transport (from Faliraki), so we shared a taxi.
Fantastic!
The wine we purchased to bring home was a white wine with a blue oval label. It says “Taxideftis - Athiri” on the bottle. I believe it was number 3 of the white wines we tasted on the day. Definitely recommend this wine. Although, many other nice ones too!
Enjoyable experience with Greek wine and food
Very enjoyable. Recommend coming ready to learn, ask questions, open to appreciate the vineyards’s style of wine, and more importantly be prepared to eat vast amounts of food!
