Cooking lessons with Nonna Marcella’s recipes offer visitors to our winery the chance to uncover the culinary secrets of Umbrian traditions and try their hand at preparing local specialties. Cooking has always been Nonna Marcella’s lifelong passion, and she still warmly welcomes guests to the winery, sharing her cherished recipes expertly paired with the family’s wines.

This experience takes you on a flavorful journey, exploring the unique aromas and tastes that only ancient recipes can bring to the table. During the class, you’ll prepare Umbrian specialties like handmade pasta (tagliatelle or gnocchi) and the traditional torta al testo. Following the cooking session, all the dishes will be paired with a selection of our wines, creating a complete and unforgettable culinary experience.

The experience also includes a guided winery tour, an engaging cooking class, and, to finish, a delightful lunch (or dinner upon request) featuring the dishes you’ve prepared.
