Cooking Class with the Chef at Tiberini in Montepulciano
Here is what's in store for you
You will spend a morning at the Tiberini farmhouse, where our chef, Samuele Nocciolini, prepares daily meals using freshly harvested ingredients from his garden. This will set the stage for a unique cooking lesson featuring the ancient recipes of Nonna Dima and her dishes, now famous throughout Montepulciano.
Starting promptly at 10:00 AM, the day begins with a tour of our vineyards and cellars. Then, we’ll dive into preparing our traditional dishes, culminating in a typical family-style lunch paired with our wines!
The lunch includes four courses, which vary depending on the season and the availability of the freshest ingredients. You'll learn to prepare delicacies such as traditional Tuscan appetizers (like warm crostini), handmade pasta (such as pici or pappardelle), a meat-based main course, and a classic dessert.

Cooking Class at Tiberini - So much fun!
We enjoyed the relaxed and familiar way the entire experience went. after a short time you felt that you were a friend of the Tiberini family experiencing their food and wines in their home. It was so much fun the be eating a lunch that we hand a hand in preparing while sampling the Tiberini wines.
After lunch we had an enjoyable walk through the gardens with Samuele where he talked about the food that he grew there that would end up on his table.
The vineyard and winery visit with Luca was very informative but most of all it was amazing the see the passion for the land and way of life that came through in Luca's words.
The entire experience was something that Julie and I will always remember and we cannot recommend it more highly.
