During the experience, taste 5 quality sparkling wines selected to showcase different styles, aromas, and flavors. The labels rotate according to availability, allowing the selection to vary while offering an introduction to the diversity of sparkling wine. Producers and labels regularly featured may include Umbretum 1810 from Seville, Freixenet, including its Malvasía, and Juvé & Camps, among others.
To complement the wines, enjoy 3 small traditional tapas designed for sharing. The selection may include olives, pickled specialties, Iberian cured meats like jamón iberico, and a variety of cheeses like queso manchego, depending on availability. The food is chosen to accompany the sparkling wines without overpowering their individual characteristics.
