Dieses Erlebnis auf dem Weingut Olivini beginnt mit einer Besichtigung des Produktionsbereichs, zu dem auch die Spumantificio (Sektkellerei) mit einigen Informationen über den Metodo Classico und die Barricaia, der historische Teil des Weinguts und der einzige noch erhaltene Teil des alten Gebäudes, gehören.
Der Rundgang endet mit einer Verkostung aller Etiketten der Familie Olivini, die die Merkmale des Herkunftsgebiets in sich tragen. Die Verkostung wird mit traditionellen Wurst- und Käsesorten aus der Region Gardasee kombiniert.

Tour & Tasting Experience - Fantastic!
However, the rest of the experience was fantastic, the wines are beautiful we tasted 9 of them and a little Grappo to complete the tasting. The meats & cheese were lovely and nicely enhanced the experience. The lady who hosted us was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to about the winery.
The tour indoor tour was informative and interesting although didn’t see all of the processes mentioned in the advert.
Overall, we loved it

Wonderful place, kind and friendly staff, unique and premium wines.
Real family story about the moon - it was really intesresting about the loyality and frienship..
The visit was a bit short for the money (we paid 280 EUR for 4 people), and as we have readed it was a part of the package to visit the land and the factory but we have visit only in the factory. It would also have been nice if we could have walked a little between the rows of grapes and learned more about grape cultivation. But the really positive thing was to have a chiose to taste 8 type of wines ( In the package was 6).
No suggestion.

Visita alle Cantine Olivino con Degustazione
L'ambiente è molto accogliente e spazioso. Il tour della cantina è cominciato nell'area di prima lavorazione e fermentazione, passando dalla barricaia, molto suggestiva con musica classica, fino all'impianto di imbottigliamento.
La degustazione è stata molto piacevole, assaggiando vini fermi e metodo classico. Cinque bianchi, due rosé, due rossi e un dolce. Una piacevole esperienza alla scoperta di aziende bresciane con la passione per il vino genuino di qualità.
