Very fun for a group

I went with a group of friends for the tasting with the chocolates and we had a blast. The waitress was very friendly and easy to make jokes with which was a big plus! We sat outside and had a nice view of the Douro and the riverfront on the other side. The experience you get for what you pay, also more than fair so I can only recommend this establishment.

No es una visita a bodega, realmente es un bar-hall donde te ponen las copas de oporto, te explica como esta hecho cada uno y luego ya vas bebiendo como si fuera un bar, eran 4 diferentes con bombones ,servidos fríos y bastante llenas las copas

Die Verkostung von 4 Portweinen mit jeweils einer passenden Praline sind zusammen mit der ausführlichen Erklärung über Entstehung der einzelnen Portweine ein sehr empfehlenswertes Erlebnis.
Vielen Dank an die Mitarbeiter von Cruz, welche uns auch 30 min vor der ursprünglich gebuchten Zeit herzlich empfangen haben.
In deutscher Sprache wäre es noch schöner....

Fun tasting

It was a nice evening tasting at Porto Cruz. We tasted 4 great wines paired with 4 artisinal bonbons, while our very helpful guide told us some background info. Unfortunately we didn't check before and was kind of bummed it was not a visit to wine cellars as well, but overall a great experience!
The small chairs (more like ottomans) were not really comfortable to sit around without any backrests, so I would suggest normal chairs instead.

Experiencia recomendable. Ambiente relajado, atención estupenda, cata de 4 vinos con bombones, muy buenos. Hay un restaurante en la 3 planta estupendo y en la 4 planta una terraza con fabulosas vistas.

Espaço Porto Cruz offers a great introduction to port in a modern, relaxed setting. The tastings are well-curated, and the outdoor seating provides stunning views of the Douro River. As a bonus, the chocolate pairings elevate the experience, making it a must-visit in Porto.
Visit at sunset for the best views.
