Your private boat tour begins at the Douro Marina, where a member of the Naugit team will welcome you. Once aboard, your skipper will give a mandatory safety briefing before setting off on a 2-hour cruise reserved entirely for you and your group of up to six people.
The route departs from the mouth of the Douro River at Foz do Douro and heads upstream towards Gondomar and the Palácio do Freixo, offering uninterrupted views of the riverside landscapes of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. During the journey, you will pass under the city's six main bridges: Arrábida, Dom Luís I, Infante Dom Henrique, Maria Pia, São João, and Freixo.
During the cruise, you will be served a bottle of white sparkling wine from Adega Paço do Duque, a producer in the Coimbra region. Made from traditional Portuguese grape varieties, it has a clear citrus color, fine bubbles, and aromas of white fruit and floral notes. The wine is served with a small snack of toast crackers and local fruit jam. Water or juice is available as a non-alcoholic alternative, and minors can enjoy the same snack.
