Your day in the heart of Tuscany begins in Siena, where you'll meet Simone, a local sommelier and your guide for the tour.

From Siena, you'll travel through the scenic, UNESCO-listed landscapes of Val d'Orcia, with stops to explore villages like Montalcino and Pienza. The journey then leads to a local winery, where you'll be guided through the cellars to see where one of the region's most celebrated wines is produced. The visit culminates in a guided tasting focused on their Brunello di Montalcino.

The experience continues in the estate's tasting room with a traditional Tuscan lunch. The meal begins with a board of local specialties, including Cinta Senese cured meats and Pecorino di Pienza cheese at various ages, served with organic honey and preserves. You'll then be served crostini with Pecorino and organic saffron honey, followed by pici pasta in a saffron and zucchini cream sauce. The meal concludes with traditional saffron cantucci and cookies.

Lunch is paired with three of the estate's organic wines: a white, a rosé, and a Rosso Toscana IGT Sangiovese. You will also have the chance to taste an artisanal saffron beer, adding another unique local flavor to the experience. Across the day, you will taste a total of seven different wines.
