At Villa Meneghello, you'll be welcomed into the wine cellar by a member of the family or their hospitality team for a classic Venetian aperitif. This experience celebrates the local ritual of pairing wine with small, savory bites known as cicchetti, designed to highlight the connection between the region's food and wine.
You will select one glass from a range of seven estate wines, including Custoza, Lugana, Chiaretto, Spumante Rosato Brut Garda DOC, Bardolino, and two IGT Rosso Verona expressions. Your wine will be paired with a 'Tris di Cicchetti della Tradizione': three freshly prepared bites using seasonal ingredients. The selection typically includes one with cured meat, one with cheese, and one dressed with the estate's own extra virgin olive oil.
