Genieße ein unvergessliches Essenserlebnis auf dem familiengeführten Weingut Santa Giulia in Montalcino!

Das Null-Kilometer-Mittagessen und die Weinprobe auf Santa Giulia beginnt mit einer herzlichen Begrüßung durch die Familie des Besitzers auf dem Weingut. Zuerst hast du die Gelegenheit, etwas über das Weingut zu erfahren und den Weinkeller zu besichtigen, wo dir die Gärung und der Ausbau der Weine erklärt werden. Anschließend besuchst du unseren Fasskeller, wo dir die Besonderheiten der Reifung in großen Fässern erklärt werden. Bevor du unser Bauernhaus betrittst, bekommst du auch die Gelegenheit, etwas über unsere Familientradition zu erfahren: die Schinkenherstellung! Erfahre die Geheimnisse hinter dem Herstellungsprozess von echtem, authentischem Prosciutto.

Nach der Führung kannst du 4 Weine aus Santa Giulia probieren: - Quarto Giri IGT Toscana - Rosso di Montalcino DOC - 2 verschiedene Jahrgänge des Brunello di Montalcino

Nach der Weinprobe genießt du die Weine und das Mittagessen, das von der Nonna des Besitzers, Mirella, zubereitet wird. Als Vorspeise gibt es Pecorino-Käse, hausgemachten Aufschnitt und frisches Gemüse von unserem Grundstück. Als zweiten Gang genießt du hausgemachte Pasta, die Mirella selbst zubereitet. Zum Abschluss des Mittagessens genießt du einen Vin Santo - der für die Familie hergestellt wird und nicht zum Verkauf steht - mit Dessert. Kaffee und Grappa sind inklusive.

Nach der Verkostung kannst du auf dem Weinberg spazieren gehen und einen entspannten Nachmittag im schönen Montalcino in der Toskana genießen.

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida giornata in un ambiente ben curato, incastonato in un panorama incantevole, gustando ottimi prodotti locali e bevendo dei vini squisiti. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa e cordiale. Il prezzo è stato onesto, adeguato alla qualità del servizio offerto. Esperienza da consigliare.

What a wonderful day discovering and learning about wine at Winedering. The winery is beautiful and the views were breathtaking. The tour was very informative, the wine and the food was outstanding. The best wine tour and tasting I have been to recently. Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere very relaxed. I would definitely recommend checking this place out with a visit.

Small but beautiful vineyard. We got a quick tour of their facilities and an informative history on Brunello wines. Lunch was amazing! Probably one of the top meals we had in Italy from start to finish. Everything was delicious, fresh and made with love. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent there with Mariangela and we got to meet and play with their new puppy Fiamma who runs the vineyard! The owners were around. Would’ve loved to have had some interaction with them as we saw them speaking to other visitors.
Get the full lunch. The seasonal vegetables from their garden were the best vegetables we had and the pici pasta was perfect texture and flavor. Won’t regret it. All the wines were wonderful, but we of course we really loved one that was not for sale yet.

Todo un acierto haber acudido a Santa Giulia un trato exquisito en una pequeña bodega y una selección de Brunello muy interesante acompañando la degustacion de riquísimos platos de ka zona. Una experiencia para repetir
Un vino Brunello k no sacaran al mercado hasta marzo del año 2026, promete mucho

This winery is small but fantastic. Small tour then they give you a tasting that includes 4 different wines BTW they give you entire bottles to enjoy. You then can choose to have lunch. The lunch is all home made and all products are grown on their property. Vegetables, pasta, sauce, cured meats and cheeses, bread, olive oil. and wine of course. Would highly recommend and we can't wait to do it again. Family that owns this winery is incredible.

Little did we know as we drove up to Santa Giulia that our day would become such a memorable experience.

This family-run winery in Tuscany has it all. The beautiful landscape, the warmth of the family, the knowledgeable explanations, the exquisite lunch served in the house (if you go for the zero-kilometer experience, like we did). Even the family dog is charming!

We can absolutely recommend that you visit and try their fine wines (try more than one vintage of their Brunello if possible), their olive oil, their charcuterie.

You will know one or more family members, and if you stay for lunch, Nonna Mirella will make sure you get to experience the flavors of the Tuscan cuisine.

A lovely experience, learning about this family’s passionate work in making one of the best red wines of Italy, Brunello di Montalcino! We felt wonderful, looked after by the whole family and the wine and home made food, using own grown products were divine! Best pasta ever made with love by the family grandmother (la nonna)! We loved every moment of it! Beautiful location, fantastic panoramic views, clean and well looked after dinning areas, a joy!
All was great! Thank you for your attention to every detail and making all guests feel so good and enjoy such quality food and wine!
