Rustic, enjoyable and personal

This was a simple but real life tour of a family owned and run winery. The host’s English was difficult to understand at times but we still enjoyed the tour, his friendliness, and learning about the winery! The location and the surroundings were scenic but simple. The wine was very good and we were able to enjoy 4 different wines and were offered seconds if we desired! Compared to other wineries, it seemed a little more expensive. But I would still recommend visiting!

Delicious Wine and Great Tour

My friends and I went wine tasting at Fattoria Montereggi, and it was an amazing experience. The wine, bread, meat spread, and olive oil were incredible. The tour was very informative, and our guide was the nicest and most patient person ever, considering we knew nothing about wine.
Eat as much bread as possible and try the olive oil! They are so amazing!

We had a brilliant time at Fattoria Montereggi. What a rustic and wonderful experience. The wine was delightful and the food delicious. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for for an authentic wine experience. We loved it!

FATTORIA MONTEREGGI is fabulous. Charming and knowledgeable hosts, very friendly and warm, interesting tour, great wine and great value for money. The location is absolutely stunning.

Fattoria Montereggi - Off the beaten track

A great opportunity to see how small batch wine is made in the area. The farm has a rustic feel and the hosts are friendly and authentic. The wines and olive oil are excellent and cellar door very reasonably priced. Spend an hour or two here away from the tourist crowds of Florence and get a feel for everyday life in the tuscan countryside.
NB: Best to drive or have transportation pre booked as it might prove difficult to get a return taxi into Florence.
