The Bonfiglio Winery was founded in 1986, but its roots are much older. Indeed the Bonfiglio family has been cultivating the lands of Briga at least since the early 1900s, producing lemons, oranges and oil. At the beginning of the 2000s the conversion takes place, the citrus grove is explanted, the land re-prepared and the vineyards are created, with the addition of the property in Piano Cuturi (Giampilieri).

The winery was completed in 2016 and it combines the most modern winemaking control techniques with more traditional ones. Here, the fruits of sicilian lands are transported and processed, respecting nature and its timing, while maintaining our primary goal: combining tradition and innovation in the cellar to give those who choose us a complete and characteristic taste experience. The cellar is also the place of excellence for tasting, immersed in the vineyard, offering you the opportunity to view the work and rest places of the wine, perceiving a wide range of sensory experiences.
