Una cantina piccola ma estremamente accogliente immersa nelle colline pisane. Qui troverete Daria e suo marito pronti a trasmettere tutta la loro passione per il loro lavoro e l’amore per le loro vigne.
Scordatevi i vini “classici” da carta dei vini ma preparatevi ad assaporare vini unici ed paurosamente buoni il tutto accompagnato da ottime specialità gastronomiche locali.

Über das Weingut und die Weine
Chientima Winery was born from a dream made a few years ago. Together the owners founded the company with the intention of producing a wine linked to the territory and the search for perfection.
Chientima Winery has an extension of six hectares of which about three are vineyards. The varieties cultivated include native, even rare, grape varieties such as Foglia Tonda, Buonamico, Colombana, Sangiovese, ciliegiolo, colorino, and a French semi-aromatic grape variety, Viognier.
All vineyard activities, from pruning to harvesting, are conducted manually.
All the wines produced by Chientima Winery are made for curious tasters, for moments of meditation, conviviality or to enhance an excellent course.
