Wine tasing with a amazing view

We were on our first wine tasting ever and had booked through Winedering to Montefioralle Winery:
The host was very friendly and showed us the process of winemaking, both of Chianti Classico and Vin Santo. We were amazed over the process for making Vin Santo when she showed us the room under the roof with all the drying grapes. The tasting was intresting and well organized with antipasto on a plate and a amazing view over Montefioralle. I recommend a vist and taking part in a winetasting at this vineyard. Must though admit that we knew to little of red wines to fully appreciate the tasting

Sweet, small, family operated local vineyard in the picturesque town of Monteforialle. Small, tasty nibbles and a tasting of 4 wines made for a nice way to spend a hour or so of the afternoon. The tour was short and sweet and there were 8 other visitors present.

Great experience with a great view

My mom, sister and I had a lovely visit at the winery. The tour was informative and gave us a good explanation of the process to produce Chianti Classico.
And then we enjoyed great wine with some yummy snacks.

Love that they have kept their family business going and are so dedicated yo continuing it and trying new methods.
We missed the entrance but easily found it once we called for directions

Lovely afternoon and great wine

I had a great experience with my friends at Montefioralle on a Saturday 12 June!
The owners are lovely people that led us through the story of this place and their wines with a great wine tasting (and delicious food!).

The place is really amazing, in the middle of the wine yards, surrounded by nature and with the view of the old town of Montefioralle: peaceful, relaxing and a jump in the traditions of Tuscany!

I took countless pictures, my favorites wines and a great memory of the afternoon spent there with my friends.

Highly recommended for a true experience and a relaxing atmosphere!

Das Weingut Montefioralle liegt auf den Hügeln oberhalb des mittelalterlichen Dorfes Montefioralle und ist ein verstecktes Juwel im Herzen des Chianti Classico. Das kleine, familiengeführte Weingut bewirtschaftet knapp 4 Hektar Weinberge und produziert nicht mehr als 13.000 Flaschen pro Jahr - jede einzelne ist eine wahre Liebeserklärung.

Auf dem Weingut Montefioralle erzählt jede Flasche eine Geschichte über das Erbe, die Leidenschaft und den Respekt vor der Natur. Unsere Weine sind biologisch zertifiziert und werden von der Rebe bis zum Glas in Familienhand hergestellt. Sie drücken die Essenz des Chianti in seiner persönlichsten Form aus.

Chianti Classico Unser eleganter und lebendiger Chianti Classico wird hauptsächlich aus Sangiovese-Trauben hergestellt, die an unseren sonnenverwöhnten Hängen wachsen. Er ist ein reiner Ausdruck des Montefioralle-Terroirs - frisch, ausgewogen und perfekt für den täglichen Genuss.

Chianti Classico Riserva Unser Riserva ist länger gereift und komplexer und wird aus sorgfältig ausgewählten Trauben hergestellt. Er weist eine tiefere Struktur, raffinierte Tannine und vielschichtige Aromen auf - ideal für alle, die reifere, nuancierte Weine schätzen.

IGT Monteficalle Dieser kühne Rotwein im Stil der Super-Toskana besteht zu 50 % aus Merlot und zu 50 % aus Cabernet Sauvignon und unterstreicht das internationale Potenzial unseres kleinen Weinguts. Reichhaltig, strukturiert und geschmeidig bietet der Monteficalle IGT eine kraftvolle und doch elegante Alternative zu den traditionelleren Weinen der Region.

Vin Santo del Chianti Classico Unser Vin Santo wird in winzigen Mengen hergestellt und ist ein seltenes Juwel. Er wird aus weißen Trauben hergestellt, die langsam getrocknet werden und jahrelang in kleinen Eichenfässern reifen. Er ist ein goldener, köstlicher Dessertwein mit Aromen von Trockenfrüchten, Honig und Gewürzen.

Alle unsere Weine sind bio-zertifiziert und werden nur in begrenzten Mengen produziert, was unser Engagement für Nachhaltigkeit und handwerkliche Qualität widerspiegelt. Ein Besuch auf dem Weingut Montefioralle ist eine Gelegenheit, Weine zu probieren, die nicht nur "in" der Toskana hergestellt werden, sondern auch "aus" der Toskana stammen.
