Über das Weingut und die Weine
Located in the heart of Bucelas, between the banks of the Ribeira do Boição and the River Trancão, it is part of the Bucelas Demarcated Region, the only one in Portugal that distinguishes only Doc Brancos. Quinta do Boição covers an area of just 45 hectares, where the Arinto grape variety predominates.
Sustainable, environmentally friendly agriculture is practised, with non-irrigated vineyards, natural humidification, manual agricultural practices such as harvesting, pruning, hilling and integrated production. Characterised by an Atlantic-influenced microclimate, the soils are clay-limestone, which are some of the features that make Quinta do Boção so exclusive and unique, contributing to exceptional wines.
