Tenuta di Castellaro is a model of love for the land and of respect for traditions. The wines that come from this “dream fulfilled” are the result of dedication, experience, strength and generosity: qualities that are integral characteristics of the people who have “lived” the great project of Tenuta di Castellaro since it began in 2005. Tenuta di Castellaro wine company is an authentic expression of the arcipelago’s volcanic terroir, and this magical,unspoiled location welcomed a new and important agricultural and enological project, transforming it into an estate that is really one of a kind. In an area where an old palmento once stood, there is now the largest bioenergetic winery in the Eolian Island. The aesthetic elegance of the alberello training system en hances even more the rare beauty of the island’s autochthonous flora,creating a magic and varied landscape-one that provides the visitor with unique emotions.

Respect for nature, man and tradition are the cornerstones of the philosophy that Tenuta di Castellaro has espoused since the early stages of the project. It did so through the enhancement of human resources, integration with the territory, the use of natural resources, landscape enrichment and the highest consideration for the history and culture of the place. With this concept, Tenuta di Castellaro intends to synthesize its model of winemaking.
